Int A Win Gold in Sudbury Snowflake Tournament
On Valentine's Day weekend, the Cambridge roadrunners Intermediate A team headed to Sudbury to compete in the 20th anniversary Sudbury Snowflake Tournament. The roadrunners played teams from Sudbury, Timmins and Gloucester. Cambridge took the Championship in a shootout after the score remained 1-1 through the game and a 5 minute overtime. The Roadrunners beat the host Sudbury team 2-0 in the shootout round, and went undefeated in the 5 games played. Cambridge outscored their opponents 13-3 to win the championship.
