A series of releases have just been posted on the site.
As discussed with the girls in the dressing room, being released is not something that they should take personally. Many individuals are released at some point during their sporting career and continue on to achieve all their goals. Being released should be viewed as a challenge to improve and develop, and I am confident that all those impacted today will grow as players and people.
Should any parent of a girl that has been released wish to discuss my thoughts on their daughter or be open to suggestions on how they can develop, I would welcome the opportunity to discuss.
