Novice B, 2018-2019, Travel (Cambridge roadrunners Girls' Hockey Association)

The Novice B team played a tough playdown series against some strong competition and have made it to provincials!   Congratulations!

The Novice B girls played a great weekend of hockey! The girls went 3-1 in the round robin before winning silver in a hard fought battle with the North Simcoe Capitals.  Throughout the entire weekend, the girls showed amazing determination, teamwork and sportsmanship!  Well done girls! Congratulations to the players and coaches on a great start to our season! 

Last Saturday the girls all participated in a great team building day with the Mississauga Steelheads of the OHL.  The day started with a tour of the players change room, then an on-ice practice with the Steelheads coaching staff and development team.  The girls also watched the game and caught themselves on the big screen!  Lots of loud cheering, laughs and fun had by all the girls!   Thank you so much to our sponsors Franklin Storeall in Cambridge for an amazing team building day! 

Congratulations to all the girls who have made the Novice B team for 2018-2019! A team meeting and team fitting at the source for sports will all be happening this week. Please watch your email and the team calendar for these events! I'm looking forward to a great season! Karen
