The girls participated in their first Dry Land Session at Fusion Fitness.
Our girls ran, did step ups, crunches and threw some cow bells around last night. Not only does this provide a building block for the season but their future as well.
Thanks to the parents that attended and worked out on their own. What a pleasure to see all that attended. It truly shows our teams support moving forward.
