Walter Gretzky Tournament Champions!
The Roadrunner Peewee BB team participated in the 32nd Annual Walter Gretzky Tournament in Brantford this past weekend. After emerging undefeated in the round robin over Ancaster, Burlington and Grand River the girls advanced to the gold medal game on Sunday and once again faced the Burlington Barracudas. A hard fought battle by all of our girls resulted in a 1-0 win and the tournament gold medal.
Our team now looks forward to continuing the second round of Playoffs against St.Thomas as well as our Playdown series against Waterloo, Wilmot and Kitchener for a chance to go to Provincials.
