The 1930s Preston Rivulettes were honored tonight in Cambridge at the Preston Auditorium by the Federal Government. A plaque was revealed by special guests, Member of Parliament, Bryan May, Cambridge Mayor, Doug Craig, former Mississauga Mayor and big supporter of woman's hockey, Hazel McCallion, Professor at University of Lethbridge, Dr. Carly Adams (nominator of the Preston Rivulettes) and OWHA President, Fran Rider.
