Cambridge roadrunners are excited to Bring Back The First Shift Program!

The CrGHA is excited to be offering The First Shift, a learn-to-play program allows kids to easily try the sport in a convenient, affordable and fun way.

This six-week on ice program is for kids ages 6-10 who have never played hockey! At $199, which includes 6 weeks of 1hr ice time and head-to-toe BAUER equipment.  (Ice skates, stick, helmet, bag, pads etc.)

Registered Girls will participate in a welcome event Wednesday October 18th from 6-8pm.  The First Shift, Bauer and Hockey Canada will provide important education and expertly fit the Girls with head-to-toe gear.

Only 45 spots are available. You will be contacted to confirm participation by the program administrator at the Cambridge roadrunners girls’ hockey association. 

First Shift program details: 

  • Kick off day for registered families and players: Wednesday October 18th 6pm. (location: Preston arena in the hall)
  • 6 week on ice hockey program. Each Saturday for 6 weeks starting Saturday November 4th at Sports Park arena (#1001 Franklin Blvd, Cambridge, ON)

Your daughter must attend October 18th and be paid in full. There will be 4-1 kids to coach ratio.
