Coach Mentorship Program
Submitted By roadrunners Hockey on Monday, March 13, 2017
In an effort to increase the number of women who are currently coaching within our association and to enhance the experience of our players, the Cambridge roadrunners are currently seeking former roadrunner players (and those who have played with other associations and are now living in the local area) to join our Coaching Mentorship Program.

Those chosen to participate will join the staff of a Travel or House League team for the upcoming 2017/2018 season. The program will allow you to learn from an experienced coaching staff and simultaneously enhance your abilities to lead a team in future seasons.

Interested candidates should have the following attributes…

1.       Ability to lead and develop young girls to become better people

2.       A strong knowledge of the game

3.       Have the necessary time/flexibility to join a coaching staff

If you are interested, please contact Greg Nagel at [email protected] and Shawn Maltby at [email protected]

Please specify which Age Group (e.g. Atom) and what level of hockey (e.g. BB) you would ideally like to coach.
