Please Arrive 15 minutes early so you can sign in and get last minute instructions from The Cambridge Bingo Centre employees.

DUTIES:
1) Arrive 15 minutes before shift:
2) Comply with dress code (no ripped jeans, or flip flops, business
casual - Contact Aaron GOODING to arrange pickup of CrGHA shirts.)
3) Sign in to Volunteer book (located on desk at front entrance of The
Cambridge Bingo Centre.
4) When a "Bingo" is called, quickly move to the person who called the
bingo and read the card number (lower right hand side of card)
followed by the colour of the sheet to the Cambridge Bingo Centre
Caller, wait beside the winner until they have been paid their
winnings by a Cambridge Bingo Centre employee.
5) Sign out of Volunteer book.
6) Contact Aaron GOODING to arrange return of CrGHA shirts.

Information about our Bingo Assignments

Share of Bingo profits
25% OLG 
25% CrGHA (selected charity)
47% Bingo Hall Operator
 3% City of Cambridge

All volunteers must attend a training session.
2 volunteers work for 2.5 hours each
CrGHA make approximately $450.00 - $675.00 per session

Financial repercussions for non‐compliance include:
Dress code – ¼ share per occurrence
One trained volunteer attending – ½ share per occurrence
No trained volunteers attending – 1 full share
Late trained volunteer – ¼ share per volunteer
Volunteers not performing their roles/responsibilities – ¼ share per volunteer

If you are working a morning session and the charity has not shown up for the afternoon session, volunteers are given the opportunity to stay on and volunteer for that session. The CrGHA will make the profits for that session, again approximately $450.00 - $675.00 per session.

Volunteers can only represent 3 different organizations at Bingo. (representing 1 organization per session)
eg. CrGHA, School, and Cambridge Youth Soccer.

Morning Session
9:30-12:00 volunteers should arrive at 9:15

Complimentary beverage for volunteers

CrGHA receives 10% of all session food sales.
