GOLD IN GUELPH!
The U13AA roadrunners team had a great weekend at the Guelph Winter Classic Tournament!
After some stellar goaltending, excellent penalty killing and some amazing goals we went 3-0 in round robin play.
A hard fought 1-0 win in the semi finals set up a Championship game against the tournament hosts.
From the drop of the puck the girls were hungry for success with several shots and offensive zone pressure. Excellent team play and crisp passing led to a 2-0 WIN.
We couldn't be more proud of these dedicated athletes who represented Cambridge with confidence, passion and a hard working mentality this weekend.
