Travel - U13 BB - U13BB Champions at Ursa Major!

U13BB captured gold with a decisive 3-1 win on Sunday afternoon at the Ursa Major Tournament in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
Following a 6-2 victory to open the tournament on Friday night, the girls had to dig deep to come back from a 4-1 deficit on Saturday morning. Four unanswered goals got them the W; however they were unable to maintain the momentum and suffered their only loss of the weekend on Saturday afternoon.
There was no time to wallow though, as the next stop was Yost Arena to watch the University of Michigan Women's Hockey team take on the visiting Lake Superior State.
Sunday brought an extra hour of sleep and a team lunch before the final game and the victory celebrations included a rousing dressing room rendition of "O Canada".
