As part of the Red-Control level and in order to help keep our community safe, the City of Cambridge is introducing a new pre-screening tool that all individuals (players, coaches, volunteers, parents etc) entering our facility will be required to complete.
This screening must be submitted on the day of entry into a recreation facility.
In order to make this as efficient as possible, the screening is to be completed in advance of arriving at the facility. It can be completed at
