Submitted By Kim Elliott on Wednesday, February 26, 2020
There was some exciting hockey over the last three weeks for the Peewee A Cambridge roadrunners against worthy opponents from Woolwich Wild, Wilmot Wolverines, Kitchener Rangers and Waterloo Ravens.

Peewee A Roadrunners went 2-0-2 in their regional playdown qualifier series to advance to the 2020 OWHA Provincial Championships April 3-5 in the GTA!

Out of all the Peewee A teams from across the province, Cambridge will be one of 24 teams to compete for a provincial medal - a HUGE congrats and accomplishment for this group of female athletes who have continued to work hard, develop their skills and really came together as a terrific team on and off the ice.  The coaching staff and parents could not be more proud!

And a big heartfelt thank you to our incredible sponsors that helped support on and off ice development for the team throughout the season @CrossFitCambridge @GarstonMotors @GuelphHyundai @RiversideMotors @ElliottFinancialConsultants @Cambridge Hyundai @TDFinancial @DairyFarmersofOntario @StephanieSzusz

Congratulations Peewee A Roadrunners and good luck at Provincials!
