Rivulettes Start off the Season Winnng Silver!
Submitted By roadrunners Hockey on Sun 09 01, 19
The Cambridge Rivulettes travelled to Vermont this Labour Day weekend and participated in the North American Hockey Academy (NAHA) annual Labour Day weekend tournament.

After the round robin play, the team finished first in their division with 2 wins and an over-time loss.  In the quarter finals the Rivs squeaked out a 2-1 shoot out victory vs their PWHL rival, Burlington.  After a 3-0 victory over the Minnesota Whitecaps White team in the semis they faced the very tough Minnesota Whitecaps Black team.  Unfortunately the Rivs couldn't put the puck past the Whitecaps goalie and ended up losing 1-0 in the championship game

Congrats ladies!  Great way to start off the season!
