Hi Parents/players,
The Cambridge roadrunners 26th annual New Years' Cup Challenge girls hockey tournament starts on Friday, January 17th.
There are 2 important pieces of information:
1. Volunteer Time - We appreciate your invaluable time as a volunteer to create a successful and safe tournament for all the players. Each family on our team is responsible for filling volunteer time slots. Each family must volunteer one hour for each of their children that are on a team roster. The sign up sheet will become available at 6pm on today - the link will be posted on the Roadrunners website. The sign up is on a first come basis, so sign up early!
Please note that all Cambridge games have been excluded from the sign up as each team is responsible for their own Round Robin games. When we play the other Cambridge Peewee team, the home team covers the timekeeping (we will need volunteers for both of our games on Saturday). The timekeeping for our own Round Robin games does not count toward the 1 hour of volunteer time per child on the roster.
