Peewee Teal going to the show!!
A hard fought game tonight vs Kitchener Red who has played us tough all year found us in another see saw battle. Kitchener took the lead in the second and then we answered back with 3:58 left in the second with a wicked bar down goal by Ava with assist going to Emma.
After a scoreless third we found ourselves in the dreaded shootout to decide the game. Victoria saved the first Ranger shot and then Emma buried a wicked deak to give us the lead. Our goalie stopped all three Kitchener shots and was then surrounded by her teamates in the victory celebration!!
A touching moment after the game saw the Bantam A Roadrunners give a stick salute for our girls coming off the ice before their pratice. Very classy ladies thank you we apreciate that :)
Our girls said they are not done and have now earned the chance to meet our rivals Kitchener Rangers Blue in the finals on Saturday. Please come support us and all our teams on Championship Saturday!! Go get em Ladies!!!
